Published a paper in 2D Materials
Borna Pielić and Marko Kralj in collaboration with a research group from Germany published an article “Molecular beam epitaxy of quasi-freestanding transition metal disulphide monolayers on van der Waals substrates: a growth study”.
They were investigating growth of monolayer disulphides on van der Waals surface in ultra high vacuum conditions. Speciality of this method is her ability to grow the same quality of different disulphides with minimal change of growth parameters.
