Borna Pielić and Marko Kralj in collaboration with a research group from Germany published an article “Molecular beam epitaxy of quasi-freestanding transition metal disulphide monolayers on van der Waals substrates: a growth study”.
Marko Kralj held a keynote lecture “In situ visual observation of 2D materials growth and modifications, and characterization of their optical properties” on Photonica 2017 in Belgrade.
Valentino Jadriško presented his poster “Tuning exciton and trion population in MoS2 with photodoping” for which he got the award.
